Corruption Backcountry Outpost, about 40 minutes up into the mountains from Buena Vista, is a breathtaking getaway for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts looking to unplug and get off the beaten path. It’s run by Zachary Schacter and Elise Darling, both fearless mountain warriors and fascinating people.
